The villa is located at 500 meters from the harbor and the beach  at few meters from the beautiful pedestrian promenade that connects the center of the town with the marina, with restaurants, coffee bars and shops. The villa is spacious and comfortable,  the  perfect holiday rentals for those that prefer to walk or bike   to the beach and to town

 

Idealy situated,close to the sea, at a short stroll to town yet in a quiet location.. With space for a lot of people Villa Marina is a comfortable accommodation ideal for large families,  it spread on 3 floors and features 3 double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms three bathrooms, private parking inside the property, garden patio BBQ

 

Outside Fenced garden (about 100 sqm) and large terraces with patio for al fresco dining , BBQ

Marina di Ragusa is an attractive seaside resort on the southern tip of Sicily. Its sandy beaches and clear water swimmable from may to october are ideal destinations for families with young children Its beach facilities are excellent although a little chaotic from mid July to mid August

Marina di Ragusa waterfront is where to enjoy a drink or eat something in the numerous bars and excellent restaurants.It is the perfect starting point for discovering Sicily’s unspoiled countryside and Baroque towns

Not to be missed are Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto and Scicli, the beautiful towns capitals of Sicilian baroque. and a visit to the Kamarina Archaeological Museum – with its Greek and Roman art collection

Being at the same latitude as the Northern African coast, Sicily has a mild climate, spring starts early covering the fields with wild flowers by the end of february and it’s possible to sunbathe and swim in the sea well into November it is a perfect getaway to survive our long cold winter season

 

Marina di Ragusa is an ideal location, it is a lively town with many restaurants along the beaches, a beautiful harbor Marina where a community of visitors from all over the world overwinter aboard their boat. So at the coffee shop it happens to sip a cappuccino with Brits, Americans, Kiwi’s, French ad Duch all enjoing the warm winter sun mixing with locals and amongst each other for six months

Getting there is very easy Comiso airport is at 20 minutes drive and Catania is 136 km far .

 

This is the territory of excellent products and genuine flavours and I am sure that those who turn their nose up at the view of the greenhouses will change their mind tasting the great products of this soil While the coast offers sea food delicacies and the land just behind the beaches it's ideal for vegetables and tasty winter cherry tomatoes the inland beautiful countryside at the foot of the Hiblean mountains is the area of the sicilian cheese as Ragusano Dop and the fresh tempting ricotta the main ingredient of the cannoli, the best-known Sicilian pastry.

 

Marina di Ragusa is also a perfect starting point to explore the enchanting Sicilian towns as Syracuse, Catania, Enna, Caltagirone, Noto, which have been listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.

 

Going west at 130 km is Agrigento with the magnificent Valley of the Temples one of of Sicily’s most famous historical attractions. In Piazza Armerina the stunning Villa Romana del Casale home to some of the best preserved Roman mosaics spreading over 3500m2. is 90 km far inland , and then Syracuse once the most important city of the Magna Graecia is about 90 km far
